"I’ve been using the Retinol for at least two months now and the product has left my skin noticeably better and the fine line wrinkles are becoming less pronounced. I use it each day as directed on my face, neck, my upper chest and my legs. It’s made a huge improvement in the look & the overall feel of my skin. I’d of given the product a 5 star rating but the container it’s in has “issues”. As the product gets lower, the pump doesn’t get all of the product out so I’ve had to turn it upside down and shake as much as I can get out before finally giving up. If the product could be in another container, I’d be giving it 5+ stars."

Gentle and effective

"I was nervous to use this product because the last retinol based cream I used would make my face get pink. I guess I have sensitive skin. This retinol does not give me that "I am embarrassed" hue. It's great and seems to be keeping the fines lines away!"

Poor customer service

"I ordered 263.00 dollars worth of product, 1 week later I received a message saying my shipment was delivered, I went to the post office 4 times looking for the order, after standing in long lines and wasting several hours the postal worker realized that the Shipper (Chamonix) failed to add a street address, therefore the shipment had been returned to Charmonix, the label was to a unit number and a city only. When I called Chamonix customer service, instead of apologizing, they blamed me, it doesn’t matter at this point if the products are good or bad, I will not order any other product from this company, I expect good customer service and they failed."
