Our 4-Month Money Back Guarantee applies exclusively to one-time purchases. You are entitled to a 100% refund or exchange within 4 months from the original order date for these orders.

For Subscribe & Save orders, your money back guarantee is valid only until your next auto-ship is processed—cancel before then for a full refund, otherwise you'll receive company credit only.

It is our goal to provide an easy, hassle-free customer service experience.

Please take a moment to review the following terms:

• All returns and/or exchanges must be pre-authorized by a Chamonix customer service representative. A RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is obtained by calling our customer service department at 1-800-SKIN-211 (1-800-754-6211) between the hours of 9am- 6pm EST Monday through Friday. A RMA is not needed for an exchange.
• We will provide you with a free return shipping label so there is no extra cost to you. (Excludes Canada orders)
• We ship orders only within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
• All shipping and handling fees (where applicable) are not refundable.
• You must return ALL products, USED & UNUSED to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will not be processed without the original products that were purchased.
• Any merchandise returned for a refund without a RMA number will not be processed.
• Refused and Return to Sender packages are not eligible for a refund without first calling for a RMA number.
• RMA numbers expire within 15 days of issuance. Merchandise must be received within 15 days of the date to receive a credit or a refund.
• Subscribe & Save: There are no refunds, only merchandise exchanges with exception to your first initial sign-up order. Once a recurring shipment is sent out, the package is non-refundable and can only be used towards a company credit.
