Our Money Back Guarantee
Effective 7/2004
Dear Chamonix Customer:
- All returns and/or exchanges must be pre-authorized by a Chamonix
customer service representative. An RMA number (Return Merchandise
Authorization) is obtained by calling our customer service department
at 1-800-SKIN-211 (1-800-754-6211) between the hours of 10am-5pm
EST (Monday-Friday).
- Any merchandise returned for a refund without an RMA number
will not be processed.
- Refused and Return to Sender packages are not eligible for a
refund without first calling for a RMA number.
- RMA expires within 30 days of issuance. Merchandise must be
received within 30 days of the RMA date to receive credit.
- All merchandise returned for a refund is subject to a 9% processing
fee.
- Only the most recent order of the same product can be refunded.
- All shipping and handling fees (where applicable) are not refundable.
- We take pride in our industry leading four month money back
guarantee. This will remain in effect. Customers are entitled
to a refund or exchange for a full four month period from the
date the original order was placed. No returns, refunds or exchanges
will be accepted after this guarantee period.
